What are the questions that I must seek answers to, when deciding about the 6 months that will shape my career?
It is a question which is often left unanswered or is rarely raised!
Here is a list of questions that will be helpful in choosing where you should spend your golden 6 months…
 What will be the size of a single batch?
 Are they providing adequate resources?
 Assessment of your training needs?
 Does the company have experienced engineers who will train you?
 Will your progress be assessed regularly?
Now you might wonder what are the right answers to these questions. What I can do for you is share with you what I think are the right answers to these questions.
The size of a batch... hmmm… not exceeding 10.
One computer for one trainee is a must.
The company should first assess your skills before they begin any training so that the gaps are filled.
And oh yes, I strongly suggest experienced engineers to train you.
They should assess regularly where you stand and where you need more practice and guide you accordingly.

That might give you some idea about how to make that decision.
But if you still don’t understand the importance of the decision, I strongly recommend you read this article:
